Vegan Restaurants to Check out

I'm back with another Corona "During these trying times" Virus Post. 

If you're like me and didn't panic buy anything besides wine and dog treats, you're probably running low on groceries by now. I went to pick up some quarantine snacks (Trulys and cookies... I gave in) a couple nights ago and the shelves are still pretty empty at the local grocery stores. Was there a quarantine sale I missed or something??

Well, what better time to start supporting the local vegan restaurants than now. Here is a list of local vegan businesses and my favorite recommendations, that are open during these trying times. Keep in mind that they are only doing curb-side pickup and or delivery. Grubhub is waiving delivery fees right now, so take advantage! The hours are limited in most places, so plan ahead when ordering.

Nacho Daddy 12pm-8pm 
     I know they are not 100% vegan, but they have a such a large selection for vegans. I couldn't not include them. If you've never had their famous Vegan Chocolate Cake, you are missing out. That cake is top 3, change my mind. Their Vegan Loaded Nachos, and Vegan Chick'n Quesadilla are my favorites. The portions are huge so you can definitely share (or not SOCIAL DISTANCE). Nacho Daddy is always a goo idea.

Pancho's Vegan Tacos 11am-7pm
      If you're in the mood for some bomb, authentic Mexican food, Pancho's is the spot for you. I recommend the Tropicana location. They are the original restaurant, but the quality there is the best. Of course you have to try their vegan tacos. Just get one of everything hahaha. My tacos are al pastor and asada with the green salsa of course. Their Cuban Sandwhich, and Green Enchiladas are also my favorites. Best of all is that they have vegan pan dulce!

 
Ruse Vegan Kitchen (always open for online ordering)
      They are a pop-up restaurant that also carries pre-made goods. They're chocolates look mouth watering.

Simply Pure 12pm-3pm
      Simply Pure has somehow made some of the best creations completely raw. They're food is delicious, creamy, and the portions are so big. They have a limited menu right now, but I always recommend their Zucchini Noodles.

Tarantino's Vegan Friday&Saturday 4pm-8pm
     Did someone say ITALIAN FOOD? This place is pretty new, but they're menu looks A1.

Veganos Kitchen 10:30am-8pm
     If you're looking for comfort food, I got you. Veganos Kitchen took all your favorites and made cruelty free. My goal is to try all their pizza creations.

VegeNation 11am-8pm
      How I miss this place. They are one of my favorite sit down places. I never shut up about their Mac N Cheese Pizza (try it and you'll see why), and for some reason I can't go there and not get their Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. I need to stop always getting these items and try more things... Maybe someday, but not today!

Veg-In-Out Market 10am-5pm
      I know they aren't technically a restaurant, but they are local and they are vegan. It's an all vegan grocery store. They carry all my favorite vegan brands. I recommend your next quarantine snack raid to be from this place. They are only doing curb side pickup so check out their page to see what they have for you.

Violette's Vegan 11am-8pm
      I don't know who Violette is but THANK YOU. The few times I've ate here the food, and service was top tier. Whatever vegan cheese they use on their Philly Cheese-steak is the best vegan cheese I have had. So melty and warm. Yummm.

Hang in there everybody. Stay home and eat delicious food. Spend time with the people under your roof. Rub your pets bellies for me and wash your hands!
